Booked two rooms at the same time in hopes they would be at least close together but were on opposite sides of the hotel.
The bed was comfortable, pillows were very comfortable, not too soft. Front desk staff was very professional and attentive.
When I voiced my frustration about this the front desk staff acted like she couldn’t care less that I was even standing there.
